What Wellstaq provides

Wellstaq provides technology and brand infrastructure that lets clinicians, clinics and health brands offer labs, diagnostics, telehealth and related services under their own brand.

All clinical decisions, evaluations and prescribing are made by an independent, board-certified provider network licensed in all 50 states. Wellstaq does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or make any diagnosis, treatment, efficacy or outcome claim. Information on the Site describes capabilities, not treatment, and is not medical advice.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals evaluating the Wellstaq platform. By using it you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms.

The waitlist and any offers

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of access, pricing, timing or availability.

Any pricing, features, timelines or promotional offers described on the Site — including founding-member or early-access offers — are illustrative, may change, and are subject to a separate written agreement before they become binding. Promotional offers may be limited in number and time and are subject to their stated conditions.

No professional, financial or earnings advice

Any revenue, cost or savings figures on the Site are illustrative examples based on assumptions we describe; they are not guarantees, projections or representations of actual earnings. Your results depend on your own pricing, product mix, effort, market and compliance. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, tax or financial advice.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design and code — are owned by Wellstaq or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for evaluating our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. "Wellstaq" and our logos are our trademarks; other names are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or interfere with the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest or collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information.

Third-party services and links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services and websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellstaq and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellstaq from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes
