Privacy policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wellstaq ("Wellstaq," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit wellstaq.com or join our partner waitlist. It applies to this business-to-business marketing site only. It does not cover patient protected health information (PHI), which is handled by the independent licensed clinical network — see our HIPAA notice.
Who this policy covers
Wellstaq sells a white-label clinical and diagnostics platform to clinicians, clinics and health brands. This site is aimed at those prospective partners, not patients.
When you use this site we may collect information about you as a prospective business partner. We do not collect patient health information through this site.
Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us — when you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, business email address and phone number, plus anything else you choose to include in a message.
- Information collected automatically — when you visit the site we may collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and timestamps, through cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics and advertising identifiers — where enabled, we use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar identifiers to understand site traffic and measure marketing.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about the platform.
- Add you to the partner waitlist and, when spots open, send you onboarding invitations by email and/or text message to the phone number you provide.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve this site.
- Send you marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Text-message (SMS) consent
If you provide your phone number when joining the waitlist, you consent to receive text messages from us about onboarding and your account. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from our email list.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic and marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we present a cookie or consent banner.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers — vendors that host the site, send email and SMS, provide analytics, or manage our customer relationship and marketing, who may process information only on our behalf.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Wellstaq, our partners or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services described here, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP to texts.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR, including rights to access, delete, correct, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these rights as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, contact us at [privacy@wellstaq.com]. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Other sites and children
This site may link to third-party websites we do not control; their privacy practices are their own. This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
