Who this policy covers

Wellstaq sells a white-label clinical and diagnostics platform to clinicians, clinics and health brands. This site is aimed at those prospective partners, not patients.

When you use this site we may collect information about you as a prospective business partner. We do not collect patient health information through this site.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you give us — when you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, business email address and phone number, plus anything else you choose to include in a message.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit the site we may collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and timestamps, through cookies and similar technologies.
• Analytics and advertising identifiers — where enabled, we use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar identifiers to understand site traffic and measure marketing.

• Add you to the partner waitlist and, when spots open, send you onboarding invitations by email and/or text message to the phone number you provide.

Text-message (SMS) consent

If you provide your phone number when joining the waitlist, you consent to receive text messages from us about onboarding and your account. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from our email list.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic and marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we present a cookie or consent banner.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
